Employers expect a lot from employees. They expect a lot because who wants an employee that doesn't know skills or anything else. When I mean by skills I mean like teamwork, team player, communication. These are skills that employees need to know because once their working teamwork is gonna be played a lot. Cause if someone important is not there than you might be a team player and tell people what to do. Let's say something is going on and you're not doing very good you are gonna need to communicate with someone and tell them whats going on. There are more stuff that employers expect from employees but these are the first important ones once you start working there. So employees need to know soft skills once they start working so the employer won't have to show what they are when you already have the skills.
