Dress for success


     

    Dress for success is very important. It's very important because most professionals dress and a lot of people dress for interviews or jobs, somewhere important.  Some people don't dress for success. Some people can wear shorts, baggy shirts, not even a suit, athletic shoes. I did a flipbook about dress for success. I talked about this so everyone knows what to wear when you're going for a job, interview and etc. If you go to an interview with shorts and shoes that aren't successful, they are probably not even gonna hire you cause of what you wore in the interview. Yes, the way you dress means alot because you can get hire for looking good instead of wearing cargo pants or shirts with graphics on it. This is why you need to dress well because one little thing can change anything.

What does a good leader look like


   
        Image result for a good leader  A good leader is someone who pushes everyone. Motivates people that think that they can't do it or inspires other people. Influence people. A good communicator. There are more for a leader but these are important as well because they can help people on something personal, job, or anything else of what they need help on. They have vision, courage, integrity, humility, and focus along to plan a strategically ad catalyze cooperation amgonist their team. These are what makes good leaders and what good leaders look like while working/ team, or anything else. These are what leaders do and why they do it.

What Employers Expect

  Image result for what employers expect   Employers expect a lot from employees. They expect a lot because who wants an employee that doesn't know skills or anything else. When I mean by skills I mean like teamwork, team player, communication. These are skills that employees need to know because once their working teamwork is gonna be played a lot. Cause if someone important is not there than you might be a team player and tell people what to do. Let's say something is going on and you're not doing very good you are gonna need to communicate with someone and tell them whats going on. There are more stuff that employers expect from employees but these are the first important ones once you start working there. So employees need to know soft skills once they start working so the employer won't have to show what they are when you already have the skills.

Mind Meister is a website that can help you do work. It helps when you do your work because if you wanna talk about your jobs, your life, or something you like to do, you can make it on Mind Meister. I used this website to do with my career/jobs. I put my 5 careers their which were manager, engineer, soccer player, construction worker, and business owner. I went through some challenges but I overcame it. my challenge was when I try to type it will move everything where I didn't want it to be but then I realized you can just type it then add it to your career. So Mind Meister is a good website for like projects or work but its a good website that helps.
