network and nervous system

Networking is like the nervous system because you can share data everywhere. In the nervous system, the brain would be the router because it controls any traffic coming through. The brain is connected to your spine so the spine in the network would be called a switch. It distributes signals to all the computers and devices. A router has a small computer inside of it that defines all the computers and devices on your computer and gives it a number which is called. It can control anything. It controls what is received and what is sent out. A switch sends traffic through your network to the places it needs to go. The fastest switch is called gigabit and they're perfect for streaming videos and more. This is how a network and a nervous system are similar.

software and hardware

Software is a set of instructions like programs. Example games, search engines, and etc. Hardware is the physical parts or components of the computer. Examples keyboard, mouse, memory and so on. Operating systems control the computer hardware and act as an interface with application programs. Utility software helps to manage, maintain and control computer resources. Application for phone apps can tell what the hardware to do. These are what software and hardware do.

Digital Citizenship Themes

Digital Citizenship themes were the work I did. I had to put every 9 elements in their own circle/ theme pointing to digital citizenship. I had some challenging parts while working on this work. The challenging part was when I put the shapes down it will move back to its original spot and the text wouldn't fit in the shape. I made the shape a little bigger so all the text will fit in it instead of it going away. I finished and it turned out pretty good.

Netiquette

What I had to do was make a flyer of netiquette. Netiquette is something thats better to do on the internet. I had to talk about netiquette and the rules for it. There are rules because for example, Don't say something online if you won't say it to their face. You should not say something hurtful, mean because the other person can get sad, and do something. So this is why I made a flyer of netiquette and what you should not do. I had some challenges while doing this assignment. My challenge was that I didn't have any space to type all of this so I took some parts out that really didn't matter but overall I went through the challenging part and got everything completed

Digital footprint

Image result for digital footprint         A digital footprint is something you leave on the internet. It's like when you leave a footprint in the sand its the same thing just on the internet. For example, you leave footprints in social media, pictures you like, or pictures you comment on, There's a lot more but people can see who you are or what you like or comment, Employers can look at it and even a school/university. It is really important what you comment or like on cause if you apply for a job and employers look what you liked or comment and its negative stuff, Your most likely not getting the job. So think before you type or the pictures you like because a digital footprint will show who you are.
